I created this blog to use in my fourth grade classroom at New Highland Elementary school. The students in my class will be in charge of posting blogs and maintaining the site. I feel this is a unique way of communicating what they learn in my classroom and will hopefully strengthen parental involvement in our school and classroom as well.
Furthermore, this blog will help students with reading, writing, and other communication skills. More importantly, students may be inspired to learn more so that they will have more to blog about on our site.
